Who Is Responsible For Maintaining The Property?

We have a set management company in place to maintain the property for the first year. After the first year, the owners may elect to keep the company in place or change companies. There is a one-time fee each year that varies depending upon the property and quantity of owners per property owner for maintenance. This amount is used for repairs, replacing furniture, painting and so forth. If the full amount is not used, it will carry on to the next year. Any major repairs will need to be agreed on by a majority of the property owners.
