Joey has long been recognized as one of the top realtors on the Front Range and is recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a member of 'Denver's Top Real Estate Performers' by electing him into their Who's Who of Real Estate Performance. Joey's Team has been recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as the top producing team in the Metro Area and the office has the highest production of any office with 6 to 10 agents. They have been awarded the "Top Performing Residential Office" for 2006, 2007, and most recently 2008. The Denver Board of Realtors has awarded him the 'Realtor Roundtable of Excellence' for 6 consecutive years, 2003-2008. Additionally, he was awarded the Platinum Level Award (the highest production level award) by the Denver Board of Realtors for 6 consecutive years from 2003 through 2008. Joey's team was Douglas County's top producing team for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. He is an affiliate member of the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, a worldwide affiliation of the world's most prominent Luxury Real Estate Brokers. He is an 18 year veteran and a very active member of the Commercial Real Estate community along the Front Range. His awards in the Commercial arena include the 'Top Land Transaction on the Front Range' for his brokering the largest land transaction - awarded by the Denver Business Journal. He has an extensive background in the equine community and has done extensive work with equine ranch development projects throughout Colorado. Joey is deeply passionate about the quality of his relationships and his commitment to the things that matter most, God, his wife, and daughter.
